Implementing Diplomatic Scheme in a Smaller Scale

You could probably consider me as a stranger,
but to anyone out there facing a hard time with another irony of life,
stop guessing and try talk things out. Hang in there buddy!
you'll make it to the bright side, I know you're strong!! ;))

* A right resolution is made upon decision which is based on consensus between unions.
* So work things out by effective communication.
* If you think you have chosen the right path, move forward.
* If you think that you still need to reconsider the resolution it means that the decision fails and a negotiation should be carried out.
* If the negotiation works, both union should reunite and create an alliance.
* If negotiation fails then a debate should be bought up to a higher level.
* If you still fail, search for another alliance.
* Seek for friends with mutual benefit.
* Start a new union and get to know your weaknesses.
* Improve potentials by introspecting.
* Build confidence.
* Start new alliances.

:D
